The questions you ask most often.
How far in advance should I get in touch?
The earlier, the more is possible, usually 3 to 12 months. That said, we have delivered an event in nine days.
Do you work abroad?
Yes. We have organised events in 12 countries and would gladly add more.
Do you guarantee discretion?
Absolutely. On request we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), and our entire team is bound to complete confidentiality.
What if the weather or plans change?
Every event has a plan B (and often a plan C). Changes to the date or programme are agreed flexibly in the contract.
How does billing work?
A transparent cost estimate, payment in instalments and a single invoice for everything. No surprises.
Can I ask for something completely outrageous?
That’s our favourite question. The answer is yes.
