§ 1. General provisions
These terms govern the use of lifetime-atelier.com and the submission of enquiries about our services. The website is owned by One Lifetime Sp z o.o., Powązkowska 10, 01-500 Warszawa, Poland (“Lifetime Atelier”).
§ 2. Our services
Lifetime Atelier organises private and corporate parties and events, provides additional experiences and prepares proposals for VIP journeys. The website is for information purposes only; the descriptions of our services do not constitute a binding offer.
§ 3. Enquiries via forms
- Submitting a form is free of charge and without obligation. It does not create a contract.
- After receiving your enquiry, we will contact you (usually within 24 hours on working days) to discuss details and prepare a proposal.
- Providing false contact details or those of another person is prohibited.
§ 4. Contract and payment
- Contracts for organising an event or a trip are concluded individually, on the basis of a proposal you accept and a signed agreement.
- The scope of services, price, payment schedule (usually in instalments), and the rules for changing the date or withdrawing are set out in the agreement.
- All quotes are individual. Prices are not published on the website, and the budget ranges in our forms are indicative only.
§ 5. VIP journeys
We prepare travel proposals based on the information you provide in the form (dates, climate, destination range and budget). Travel arrangements are made in accordance with applicable law, including the Polish Act of 24 November 2017 on package travel and linked travel arrangements, to the extent set out in the agreement.
§ 6. Newsletter
Subscribing to the newsletter is voluntary. You can unsubscribe at any time (by writing to office@lifetime-atelier.com or via the link in any message). Data processing is described in our privacy policy.
§ 7. Complaints
Complaints about the website or our services may be sent to office@lifetime-atelier.com. We respond within 14 days of receipt.
§ 8. Intellectual property
The content, graphics and layout of the website are protected by copyright. Copying them without permission is prohibited.
§ 9. Final provisions
These terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers resident in another country retain the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. These terms are available in several languages; in the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails. We reserve the right to amend these terms; changes take effect upon publication on the website.
